ALL of the following criteria must be met to qualify for Live Arrival Guarantee.

*Shipped to a verified FedEx Ship Center that accepts live animals

*Shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday

*Temperatures must fall within the following parameters:

-Temps must be between 40˚F and 90˚F for the HIGH for both the shipping and receiving locations.

ALL of these must be met without exception.

DOA (dead on arrival) must be reported via email or direct message within 1 hour of delivery.

 

Failure to report will void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

 

Replacement animal or store credit only.  No cash refunds.

 

No refund on shipping charges.
